My answers to blog questions

My maiden voyage on a blog ever, and am just hoping this thing connects to the main page when I am done!

1. When do I feel most alive? Why?

Being outdoors, in a mountain range, really opens my heart, mind and spirit. I also love worship though, and by that I mean everything from singing worship songs to listening to great teachers, to small group meetings. That's great stuff!

2. If they made a movie of your life, who would you want to play you? Why?

I have sat here for a minute, trying to get an answer for this question, and honestly, I have no clue. A better question is why would anyone want to do a movie of my life? I am a desk jockey. Do you want to watch a movie about a guy sitting at his desk, talking on the phone and sometimes sending emails? All day? Case closed.

3. What's the greatest song ever written? By who?

This is easy. I think the greatest song ever written is Amazing Grace, written by John Newton, in late 1772. Only God would want to take a slave ship captain, change his heart, and give him the words to the greatest song in Christendom. That's love.

4. What would you hope to accomplish in Estonia?

We know there is a joy when we simply put Him First. The fruit of that joy is peace, gratitude, happiness, and love. I can't wait to get over there, and be a part of all that we share in that experience. I have never been on a mission trip which only focuses on Christ, and strengthening our walks, as well as those we go to serve. This trip is such a privilege and I really can't wait to see what He has in store for us!
